I understand that it is Florida's law that I, the client, must be draped at all times during the massage service. I will maintain a professional manner at all times while the therapist is setting up, performing, and breaking down for the service I have paid for. I understand that I and the therapist reserve the right to discontinue the massage service at any time during the session, should either of us feel uncomfortable or any sexual advances/innuendos/favors be made. I understand that I am not at liberty to request the draping standards not be followed and that I accept all liabilities for the massage service.
