What To Expect From God's Healing Hands Massage Services

God's Healing Hands Massage Services is located inside of Sola Salon. Our suite is inside of the "quiet area" with 3 other businesses that offer "quiet services".
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 1021 Oak Street Suite 119 in the Riverside/Five Points area of Jacksonville, FL. The sign in front of the building and on the GPS will say Sola Salons.

Q: Where do I park?
A: There are parking spots in front of and behind the Sola building. You may park in the spots along Park Street (the side of the field) and the spots along May Street (back side of River & Post restaurant).

Q: Do I need to have an appointment or can I walk in?
A: We do not accept walk ins. You must have an appointment. Click here to visit our booking page.

Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer massage and esthetician (facial, waxing, etc.) services.
​
Q: Who all do you service?
A: We offer services to those as young as 6 years old.
​
Q: Do you offer bundled services?
A: Yes, we offer monthly service memberships as well as shareable service packages.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Q: Do you offer in home services?
A: We do offer in home services. There is a $30 travel fee added to your service.

Q: Do you offer couples massages?
A: We do not offer couples massages.
​
Q: I have a Groupon, how do I book my appointment?
A: We no longer accept Groupon vouchers.

Q: What happens if I miss my appointment?
A: In the event that you are a "no-show" for your appointment, your appointment will be marked as such and your card on file will be charged (100% of the service price) according to the company's cancellation and no-show policy. If the card is not able to be processed for the payment amount, the client will be required to pre-pay for future services.

Q: I cancelled my appointment, why was I charged for the service?
A: Cancellations made within four (4) hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price.

Q: Do you do events?
A: Yes, we do events. If you would like to have God's Healing Hands provide massage services at your event, please fill out the event request form by clicking here. Form opens in a new window. Upon receiving your request, we will create an estimate based on the information you provide.
